Later, Baba Saheb Ambedkar said at the time that he should be included in Kashmir to fill Hari Singh. But Harī Singh was firmly in his command.
After some time after the Pakistani invasion of Kashmir in October 1947, Raja Hari Singh of Kashmir sought help from India for the protection of his native border.
In the meantime, Jawaharlal Nehru, then the Indian prime minister, then Raja Hari Singh Contains condition to be included. And Raja Hari Singh was included in India. But the matter was not so easy.

1. Although Kashmir is part of India, Kashmir will have its own flag along with India.
2. People of any Indian state can not afford to buy land in Kashmir. But Kashmiri people can buy land in any part of India.
3. Though Kashmir is part of India, any Indian law will not be enforceable here.
4. There will be a separate law for Kashmir.
5. If Kashmiri girls are married to men of any other state of India, then these girls will lose their rights from the Pacific wealth of Kashmir. But if Pakistan is married to any man, he will get the citizenship here.
6. In India, elections are held every five years, but in Kashmir, it was held in six years time
7. Kashmiri people have two citizenship in India and one in Kashmir.
8. Insulting India's national flag is not considered as an insult.
9. Here the national anthem is not considered compulsory.
10. Here the laws of the Supreme Court and the President do not apply.
11. There is no Indian constitution or law to be observed here.
Conclusion of 370
And due to this article, since 1947, there have been repeatedly bloodshed in the soil of India. And for which the Indian Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru is responsible for this.
When this section was introduced, then the Interior Minister "Vallabhbhai Patel" and the law minister of that time opposed the whole of "Baba Saheb Ambedkar".
